Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the Boombala game platform ("Boombala", "the service") offered by ST Bilişim at boombala.net. By signing up, sitting at a table as a guest or starting a game with "Play now", you accept them. How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy. This English text is a translation; if it differs from the Turkish version, the Turkish version prevails.

1. The service

• Boombala is a free entertainment service where you play okey, 101 okey and the Boombala card game with friends and bots, with optional voice, video and text chat.
• On Boombala no money is deposited, no bets are placed and no prizes are given. Scores, statistics and rankings have no monetary value and can't be exchanged for money or anything else. Using the service for gambling or betting is forbidden.
• We may change, add or remove games, rules and features without notice to improve the service.

2. Age

You must be at least 13 to use Boombala. If you are under 18 you need your parent's or guardian's permission. Voice and video chat at open tables may involve people you don't know, so we recommend minors play under an adult's supervision.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for keeping your password secret. Actions taken with your account are yours.
• You may not use a username that impersonates someone else, misleads or insults.
• Guest accounts are temporary; guest accounts unused for 7 days are deleted. Add an e-mail and password to keep a permanent account.
• You can delete your account at any time from your profile page.

4. Rules of conduct

In table chat, voice and video chat and usernames, the following are forbidden:

• insults, harassment, threats, hate speech and discrimination;
• obscene, sexual or violent content, and above all any inappropriate content involving children;
• recording other players without their permission or spreading screenshots or recordings of them;
• sharing other people's personal information;
• advertising, spam, scams and offers of gambling or betting;
• any unlawful content or action.

Cheating, playing with automated tools, exploiting bugs, overloading or disrupting the service and trying to access other people's accounts are also forbidden.

You are responsible for what you share in chat. Report any breach of these rules to mail@boombala.net.

5. Breaches

If we find that you broke these terms, we may restrict or delete your account temporarily or permanently without warning and, where necessary, inform the competent authorities.

6. Intellectual property

The Boombala name, logo, design, software and content belong to or are licensed by ST Bilişim. Okey and 101 okey are traditional games; you may not copy, reproduce or commercially use this site's implementation, design or content of them without permission.

7. Availability and liability

• The service is free and provided "as is". We don't guarantee it will run without interruption or errors; it may pause for maintenance, updates or technical problems, and games in progress may be cut short.
• Subject to our obligations under applicable law, players are responsible for what they share in chat and in voice and video chat.
• Cases that can't be limited by law and your rights as a consumer are reserved.

8. Changes

We may update these terms when needed. The current version is always on this page; continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Your rights as a consumer under Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, including applying to consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts, are reserved. Questions: mail@boombala.net.
